Cook's offers unrivaled ambiance and true gourmet dining. The a la minute Mediterranean cuisine is simply superb. T. Cook's boasts select seasonal dishes from Barcelona, Spain and the Tuscan region of Italy, with ingredients hand-selected by Chef Derek Morgan.

The Bar at T. Cook's is located just off the Courtyard. Marked by rich cherrywood and hand-painted Italian frescos, its hand-carved and painted wooden shelves proffer a distinguished assortment of the finest liquors. Rising up beyond a baby grand piano, The Bar is flanked by the sumptuous new Cigar Room with its deep red leather, custom-made upholstery and antique lamps. The Delos Room rounds out the T. Cook's experience, providing elegant privacy for up to twelve guests. For light dining, the Cabana Grill provides a fine selection of poolside fare, including salads, sandwiches and beverages.
